Privacy policy

If you send our contact form, we receive what you typed: your name, business name, trade, phone, email, and message. We use it to reply to you — nothing else. Form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree, which processes them on our behalf under its own privacy policy.

If you book a strategy call, scheduling happens on Google’s booking page, governed by Google’s privacy policy. If you email or call us directly, we see what you send us — that’s it.

If you check the texting box on our contact form, we may text you at the number you gave us about your inquiry and occasional Lucenox updates. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help — opting out doesn’t affect anything else you do with us.

We do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with any third parties.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless measurement tool. It shows us aggregate numbers — page views, countries, referrers — without cookies, without fingerprinting, and without building a profile of you. That’s why you don’t see a cookie banner here.

We don’t sell or rent your information. We don’t run ad trackers. We don’t send marketing email to addresses collected through this site unless you asked us to.
